About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Programmer/ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving real business problems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and database-driven features.
Build secure, scalable, and reliable application logic that supports business workflows.
Optimize database queries, caching, queues, integrations, and application performance.
Write clean, maintainable code with proper validation, error handling, logging, and documentation.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams to deliver stable releases.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, observability, and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

Strong backend development skills, database design, API architecture, security, testing, and performance optimization.
Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and server-side frameworks.
Ability to write clean, modular, secure, and maintainable backend code.
Good understanding of debugging, logging, version control, and deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure, queues, caching, CI/CD, and observability tools.
Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Elasticsearch, message brokers, or serverless architecture.
Experience handling high-traffic systems, third-party integrations, and production support.
