Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in Order-to-Cash operations?

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst – O2C to help ensure transaction accuracy, process compliance, and service quality within a BFSI account.

If you have hands-on O2C experience and a keen eye for identifying errors and improving processes, this opportunity could be for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Audit O2C transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Evaluate transactions against standard operating procedures and client requirements.

• Identify recurring errors, quality gaps, and process improvement opportunities.

• Provide actionable feedback to Operations teams.

• Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate audit records.

• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Mandatory: Hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.

Required: BFSI or financial services background.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in QA, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage.

Experience in BPO, shared services, GCC, or captive operations is preferred.

Experience working with global teams is a plus.

Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, with possible weekend schedules.
