Qualifications:

- College Graduate

- 5 years+ relevant experience for Lead

- Experience in Healthcare

- With Lead profile

- Hands on knowledge of Tosca test software

- Knowledge of one Oracle Fusion area – HCM Mandatory

- Finance and Supply Chain

- Nice to have knowledge of OATS - Oracle Applications Testing Suite

- Strong communication skills

- Not a job hopper

- Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro

Responsibilities:

- Defining end-to-end test strategy - functional, non-functional, regression

- Test planning and estimation for releases

- Risk-based testing and prioritization

- Defining QA metrics - defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time

- Establishing QA standards, playbooks, and best practices

- Strategy with organization and client management
