Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations within a BFSI account. The role focuses on evaluating transaction accuracy, ensuring compliance with established processes, identifying quality gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks and audits of O2C transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures


Evaluate transaction processing against standard operating procedures, client requirements, and quality guidelines


Identify recurring errors, process gaps, and improvement opportunities


Document audit findings and provide actionable feedback to Operations teams


Analyze quality results and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions


Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate audit records


Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards


Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to address quality issues and improve process performance


Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance


Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant work experience – required


Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes – mandatory


BFSI or financial services background – required


Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred


Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills


Previous experience in quality assurance, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage


Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams is preferred but not mandatory


Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, with possible weekend schedules
