Job Description
WE'RE HIRING: QA – ORDER TO CASH (O2C)
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (weekends may be required)
Salary Package: ₱35,000/month
Start Date: ASAP
Openings: 1
Program: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is mandatory.
- BFSI or financial services background required.
- Experience in QA, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, including weekends when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit O2C transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify errors, quality gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare quality reports and provide feedback to Operations.
- Analyze trends and support corrective actions and calibration sessions.
