Quality Analyst (Healthcare Service Desk) | ₱57,650 Package + ₱20K Welcome Bonus | Cebu City (Onsite)
Shift: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Quality Analyst experience in a Healthcare Service Desk environment
- 2–3 years of overall BPO experience
- Healthcare/Clinical background
- Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- C1-level English proficiency (certification is a plus)
