Are you a technically skilled QA professional with BPO experience? This role is for you!
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2–4 years BPO experience in technical support, QA or ad tech
- Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payload debugging
- Knowledge of server-side tracking, webhooks and SDK implementation
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads or TikTok for Business
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct QA evaluations of support tickets, chats and escalation cases
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data pipelines and conversion tracking
- Audit API integrations, webhook configurations and SDK implementations
- Validate conversion tracking setups and attribution model outputs
- Deliver coaching feedback and participate in calibration sessions
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly QA performance reports
