Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst | Digital Advertisement (AdTech)

Are you a data-savvy QA Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience debugging APIs? A premier digital advertising support operation is looking for a technical Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee high-complexity support validation, data integrity, and API integration auditing.

Important Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire for this role, either directly or through a third party.

Package: ₱80,000 – ₱85,000

Location: Onsite | McKinley, Taguig

The Role & Scope

As a Helpdesk Customer Support Quality Analyst (Scope 1 and 2), you won’t just audit customer service tone—you will dive deep into backend data and integration health. Your core duties include:

Technical QA Auditing: Systematically evaluate live chats, emails, and tickets involving API failures, tracking discrepancies, and SDK issues.
SQL-Based Analytics: Write complex SQL queries (joins, window functions, CTEs) to validate data pipelines, conversion event integrity, and report accuracy.
API Validation: Audit request/response payloads in JSON and XML using tools like Postman or Charles Proxy to catch schema violations or malformed fields.
Attribution & Conversion Tracking: Perform end-to-end validation of pixel-based, server-side (CAPI), and hybrid tracking systems to confirm data deduplication and ROAS metrics.
Calibration & Coaching: Lead calibration sessions and deliver data-backed, technical feedback to agents and specialists to close knowledge gaps.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent hands-on AdTech experience.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in backend product support, ad tech engineering support, technical integrations, or a technical QA role within a BPO/SaaS environment.
SQL Proficiency: Strong to expert-level SQL skills (aggregations, CTEs, optimization).
AdTech Knowledge: Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or TikTok for Business, including pixel setups and attribution models.
