Job Description 


The Quality Assurance Analyst monitors and evaluates inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and chats) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include documenting quality issues, reporting performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching, supporting training initiatives, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have at least one year of Healthcare QA experience, preferably in a BPO, with the ability to work independently and analyze performance trends. College graduates are preferred, though experienced undergraduates are considered. Applicants must be available to start immediately, work night shifts (EST), and be willing to work on-site at TP Vertis, Quezon City.
