QUALITY ASSURANCE SPANISH
Spanish + English | Taguig | Onsite
Are you a Spanish-English bilingual professional with at least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience? Join a dynamic team where your QA expertise, analytical skills, and language proficiency can make a real impact!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed at least 2 years of college education with no back subjects, or a college graduate.
- At least 1 year of solid Quality Assurance experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Open to non-native Spanish speakers.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace — Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive.
- Knowledge of QA terminology, methodologies, and tools.
- Understanding of testing best practices, version control, and defect management.
- Good knowledge of industry standards, processes, and company policies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and diligent when reviewing products, processes, and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality checks and audits to ensure processes meet established standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects, errors, and process gaps.
- Apply QA methodologies and testing best practices consistently.
- Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify root causes and improve overall quality.
- Use Google Workspace tools to maintain and organize QA-related data and documentation.
