Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Wealth & Banking professionals with strong Quality Control, supervisory, or SME experience.

Ideal candidates have:

3–5 years of Wealth Management / Banking / Investment experience
Background as a Relationship Manager, Private Banking professional, Investment Consultant, Financial Planner, Financial Analyst, or Portfolio Manager
Required QC and/or supervisory experience
SME experience is also considered
Experience coaching teammates and helping improve performance
QA experience is a strong advantage
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

Support Wealth clients and advisors with complex service needs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on banking products and processes
Handle complex transactions and service issues with accuracy
Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Support projects focused on improving products, services, and processes
Coach and train teammates and provide floor support
Ensure compliance with banking, audit, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate client records using CRM/Salesforce
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets
