The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong BPO and Quality Assurance expertise to lead quality operations for a travel account.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage Quality Assurance operations across voice and non-voice channels.
Monitor and evaluate calls, emails and chats against quality standards.
Drive call monitoring, audits, scorecards, coaching and feedback.
Analyse quality trends and prepare performance reports for management.
Coach, mentor and develop QA specialists to improve performance.
Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement QA
