RCM Operations Manager

Location: TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced RCM Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) program. The role will own service delivery, operational performance, client governance, cost efficiency, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Service Delivery

Oversee end-to-end RCM operations and ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets.
Partner with WFM on forecasting, capacity planning, staffing optimization, and scheduling.
Identify operational risks and implement data-driven solutions and process improvements.

People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and support teams.
Drive employee engagement, accountability, retention, and leadership development.
Establish performance management and career development frameworks.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders.
Lead WBR, MBR and QBR discussions with operational metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
Manage client escalations, service recovery, and operational alignment.

Quality, Compliance & Transformation

Drive Lean/Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and internal quality standards.
Oversee audit readiness and collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Training, QA, and WFM.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive BPO leadership experience, including significant experience managing Healthcare RCM campaigns at a managerial level.
Experience managing large teams and multiple LOBs.
Strong knowledge of RCM metrics, financial analytics, capacity planning, and WFM.
Proven client management and governance experience.
Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.

Important Eligibility

Must be willing to work onsite at TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati.
Must be willing to work the night shift.
Target joining date: October 5, 2026.
