WE ARE HIRING: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)
Onsite | Makati City & Davao City
Salary: PHP 21,000 - 27,000/month
URGENT | 6 Openings (2 Davao + 4 Makati)

YOU MUST HAVE:

At least 1 year WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting
Proficiency in MS Excel and WFM tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Must be based in Philippines

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Monitor queues, staffing and service levels in real time
Track attendance and schedule adherence
Identify and escalate risks impacting performance
Provide immediate recommendations to address gaps
