We're looking for an AI OPERATIONS ANALYST who understands recruitment workflows and knows how to use AI tools to improve the way work gets done!

POSITION: AI Operations Analyst

LOCATION: Quezon City

WORK SETUP: 100% Onsite

SHIFT: Shifting / Night Shift

SALARY: Open Budget — based on qualifications and relevant experience

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Completed at least 2 years in college, with no back subjects.

Relevant Experience: 2–5 years in one or more of the following:

Recruitment Operations

Talent Acquisition Operations

Recruiting Technology

Recruitment CRM platforms

AI-powered recruitment workflows

Hands-on AI Skills: Practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms. You should understand how to apply these tools to real work tasks, not just have basic awareness of them.

Recruitment Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment procedures, SOPs, workflows, and operational requirements.

Operations & Decision-Making: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, assess situations, and make sound judgment-based decisions.

Written Communication: Strong writing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Work Arrangement: Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City and accommodate shifting or night schedules.
