Job Title: Recruitement Consultant

Job Location:: Work From Home / Hybrid

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma in HR or (Any Stream)

Key Purpiose: Sourcing Talent for Tier1 clients, building a strong talent pipeline for the assigned mandates.

Key Attributes:

Must have minimum 1 year experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.for bulk or lateral hiring for BPO / IT or Banking sectors.

Must have experience working on job portals and should have worked on an ATS.

Must have exposure towards alternate sourcing channels like social meida, networking, free job sites.

Prior experience in global hiring for ASEAN regions especially Malaysia, Singapore will be an added advantage.

Must have good communication skills and should be well versed with MS Office.

Must be self driven and able to work idenpendently on aissgnments with minimal supervision.

Must be able to understand job descriptions and source candidates in accordance.

Must be a go getter and thrive towards achieving weekly / monthly goals.
