JOB TITLE: Site Reliability Engineering / Custom Software Engineer CL9

Role Summary:
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral to delivering efficient and scalable software products that support organizational goals.
Professional and Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline operations
- Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system reliability
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies
- Ability to analyze complex systems and implement robust solutions to enhance availability and scalability
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- This position is based at our Manila office
- Open for those applicants who are currently in Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country
Job Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables
