Salary Breakdown:

- PHP 20,000 Package - for 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

- PHP 25,000 Package - for 24 months and above BPO voice experience

Job Description:

Join ResultsCX Cebu's Telco Voice Account! We're looking for experienced voice CSRs to provide world-class customer support for a leading telco brand. Earn up to 25K monthly!

Responsibilities:

- Handle telco customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting, billing and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores

- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets

Qualifications:

- At least HS Graduate (Old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (New curriculum)

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience is required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Can work on shifting schedule and start ASAP
