PHP 20,000 Package - for 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

PHP 25,000 Package - for 24 months and above BPO voice experience

Job Overview:

Join ResultsCX Cebu Telco Voice Account! We are looking for experienced voice CSRs to provide world-class customer support for a leading telco brand. Earn up to 25K monthly!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle telco customer inquiries via voice channel

Provide troubleshooting, billing, and account support

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores

Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets

Qualifications:

At least HS Graduate Old curriculum or SHS Graduate New curriculum

Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience is required

Strong English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Can work on shifting schedule including night shift

Can start ASAP
