*Job Description:*

Teleperformance Molino is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. No prior BPO experience needed - comprehensive paid training will be provided.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to retail products and services

- Assist customers with orders, product information, returns, and general concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- No BPO / Call Center experience required - open to first-timers and career shifters

- At least High School, Senior High School, or ALS Graduate

- Good English communication skills

- Customer service oriented and eager to learn

- Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite

- Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
