LOCATION: Onsite – BGC, Taguig City

WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
SALARY: Up to ₱36,000 package

Role Overview:
Join our Rider Support Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist riders and delivery partners with account concerns, trip inquiries, and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle rider inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve account, trip, and payment-related concerns.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college – with no back subjects.
Min. 18 months BPO experience – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
Amenable to shifting schedules.
