Lead From Your Coding Expertise
We’re looking for experienced Risk Adjustment Medical Coders ready to step into a team leadership role. If you combine strong RA coding expertise with CPC certification and proven SME or people-management experience, this is an opportunity to take your career further.
Eligibility
* 2–3+ years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
* 1+ year of SME, Team Lead, Supervisor, or people-management experience
* Active PHRN license
* Active CPC certification — Risk Adjustment Coding
* Strong coding knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership skills
* Willing to work shifting schedules
What You’ll Do
* Lead and support Risk Adjustment Coding teams
* Review coding quality, accuracy, and compliance
* Coach team members and provide actionable feedback
* Support performance, productivity, and quality targets
* Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
