Are you an experienced KYC professional with strong quality control, SME, or supervisory experience?

We’re looking for Risk & Compliance Senior Analysts who can apply their KYC and AML expertise to complex client due diligence activities, corporate structure research, and beneficial ownership identification.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals ready to move beyond routine KYC processing and take on a role with greater exposure to AML regulations, risk assessment, quality control, and team support.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence (CDD) activities in line with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

- Research corporate structures to establish ownership and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).

- Use relevant databases, public records, and other reliable sources to conduct thorough corporate and client research.

- Support additional AML-related workstreams and relevant Risk & Compliance policies.

- Apply sound judgment when reviewing KYC information and identifying potential risk indicators.

- Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues to help improve quality and performance.

- Contribute to quality and process improvements within the team.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of KYC experience in a banking, financial services, BPO, or related risk and compliance environment.

- Quality Control (QC) experience is required.

- Supervisory experience is highly preferred; alternatively, candidates with strong KYC Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience will be considered.

- Experience coaching colleagues and helping improve individual or team performance.

- QA experience is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of KYC, Client Due Diligence, AML, corporate structures, and beneficial ownership.

- Strong research, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to communicate findings clearly and work effectively with stakeholders.

- SME-level KYC knowledge

- AML and risk-related processes
