We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst with solid KYC experience and strong quality-control, coaching, or SME capabilities.

This opportunity is suited for professionals who understand Client Due Diligence, AML requirements, beneficial ownership, and corporate structures, and who can also demonstrate the ability to review work, identify gaps, and help others improve their performance.

What You'll Do

- Support the Business Acceptance Unit (BAU) with Client Due Diligence activities in line with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

- Conduct detailed research into corporate structures, ownership arrangements, and beneficial ownership using appropriate databases and reliable information sources.

- Review KYC documentation and identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring further investigation.

- Provide quality-control support and contribute to maintaining high standards of KYC and AML processing.

- Assist with coaching and knowledge-sharing activities to help team members strengthen their performance and process understanding.

- Support additional AML-related workstreams and other relevant Risk & Compliance policies.

- Escalate potential compliance concerns appropriately and support accurate, timely resolution.

- Contribute to process improvements and consistent application of risk and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant KYC experience.

- Strong understanding of Client Due Diligence (CDD), AML, KYC, beneficial ownership, and corporate structures.

- Previous Quality Control (QC) or supervisory experience is required.

- Candidates with strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge may also be considered.

- Experience coaching, mentoring, or helping colleagues improve their performance is highly valued.

- QA/Quality Assurance experience is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and investigative skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential risk indicators.

- Ability to research and interpret information from multiple sources.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with BAU and Risk & Compliance teams.

What Will Be Validated During the Skills Interview?

Candidates should be prepared to discuss their practical experience with:

- Quality Control (QC)

- KYC review and Client Due Diligence

- AML processes and regulatory requirements

- Researching corporate structures and beneficial ownership

- Coaching or supporting colleagues to improve performance

- Quality Assurance (QA) experience, where applicable

- SME-level knowledge and handling complex KYC cases
