Position Title: Service Delivery Ops Specialist
- Must be willing to go back on-site once recalled
- Once RTO Location: Gateway 2
- Schedule: Graveyard shift
- Salary range: 48k to 63k
Skill Requirements / Qualifications:
- Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in Sales Reference role
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as Sales Reference Team Lead
- Must have an experience in using and reporting from sales and marketing tools or databases (such as Eloqua, Seibel, MS CRM, SalesForce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, SAP CRM, etc.)
- Background in marketing fundamentals including segmentation, audience, positioning, and market analysis, customer lifecycle, etc.
- Superior customer service skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified customers into a reference database to increase the pool of available references which will in turn drive client sales.
- Constant tracking, follow up, and schedule management
- Detailed intelligence reporting on efforts and results
