Position Description:
Senior Salesforce Developer, a key member of our Salesforce Solutions practice, to deliver top-notch implementation, customization, configuration, and training services customer base. In this role, you will collaborate with our customers to provide them with a competitive advantage and business value through Cloud technology.
In this role, you are expected to
• Work closely with business analysts, testers, other developers, and other stakeholders
• Directly interact with business users or customer-facing team members in requirements gathering, analyzing, and reviewing business functional and technical requirements
• Develop Salesforce applications
• Perform hands-on technical implementation with a focus on configuration or customization
• Observe best practices for Salesforce development
• Ensure that all developed features have undergone testing and verified against development standards
• Commit to delivering high-quality and on-time output
• Be able to work on multiple applications/projects
• Support applications during the stabilization period
• Able to train junior teammates
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities
