Job Overview

Job Title: SAP HANA DB Administrator

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
Core Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of database management principles and SAP HANA architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio.
- Proven experience in database performance tuning, security, and authorization concepts.
- Familiarity with data modeling.
Work Authorization: Must currently reside in the Philippines with valid authorization to live and work locally.
Stability: Proven job stability (must not have a pattern of staying less than a year per company).
Exclusions: Must not have a recent or active application with Accenture.

Position Description

As an SAP HANA DB Administrator, you will design, build, optimize, and maintain database solutions to support enterprise application requirements. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring system stability, high performance, and seamless cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Administration & Optimization: Develop, implement, and maintain SAP HANA DB solutions. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex database issues in a timely manner.
System Enhancements & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integration solutions.
Security & Governance: Apply SAP HANA security and authorization principles to protect database infrastructure.
SME & Team Contribution: Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively participate in technical discussions, and drive problem-solving initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with SAP industry trends, updates, and database administration best practices.
