SAP OTC Consultant – Lead | SAP SD / Transportation Management (TM) | Hybrid | Parañaque, Philippines

Location: Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Join Our Enterprise SAP Team

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant – Lead with deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Transportation Management (TM) to lead enterprise SAP initiatives, support business-critical operations, and drive continuous process improvements.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM), and Order-to-Cash processes, who enjoy collaborating with business stakeholders, leading solution design, and delivering enterprise SAP implementations and support.

You will work closely with regional business teams, SAP technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and support SAP solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) & Sales and Distribution (SD)

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
Design, configure, implement, and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes, including:
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Processing
- Billing and E-Invoicing
- Intercompany Billing
- Pricing
- Output Determination
- Available-to-Promise (ATP)
- Batch and Serial Number Management
- Returns Processing
- Shipment Costing
- Transportation and Dispatch
Configure SAP SD/TM modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

Solution Design & Functional Consulting

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Conduct feasibility studies and recommend scalable SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) for SAP development teams.
Perform configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Coordinate with SAP ABAP developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support data migration activities and interface development.

SAP Project Delivery

Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, and process discussions with business users.
Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and production deployments.
Ensure successful delivery within project timelines and quality standards.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

Resolve production incidents and service requests related to SAP SD/TM.
Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and provide long-term solutions.
Monitor support tickets and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and SAP system performance.
Support system validation, compliance documentation, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

5–10 years of hands-on SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) consulting experience
Proven experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) or Logistics Execution – Transportation (LE-TRA)
Experience leading solution design, configuration, implementation, and production support
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects
Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting
Excellent stakeholder management and business consulting skills
