AP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Location: Cebu City, Philippines (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Shifting Shifts

Estimated Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱150,000 / month (Final offer depends on client assignment, project scope, and candidate experience)

As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be part of an expert team responsible for creating detailed development blueprints for S/4HANA implementations. You will provide functional and business support across SAP modules, specifically focusing on ECC migrations and legacy system conversions to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Functional Areas

You will oversee system configuration and functional support in one or more of the following areas:

General Accounting
Controlling (CO)
Product Costing
Asset Accounting & Project Systems
Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
Treasury & Banking
Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Support: Deliver functional support on SAP modules, with a focus on legacy-to-S/4HANA conversions.
Gap & Impact Analysis: Assess current business processes and configurations against SAP S/4HANA standard solutions; design delta solutions and recommendations.
Solution Architecture & Specs: Provide technology consulting expertise and write functional/technical specifications for custom tools and delta designs.
System Configuration: Configure SAP systems to enable seamless S/4HANA migration.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts, defect tracking, and issue resolution during conversion cycles.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s / College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
Integration Expertise: Proven knowledge of dependencies and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD).
Consulting Skills: Ability to drive client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Upskilling Opportunity: Experienced ECC practitioners welcome (upskilling training will be provided for S/4HANA readiness).
Mobility: Willingness to travel for potential onshore project requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight project deadlines.
Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
