Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Work Location: Manila, Philippines – Taguig, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, or Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Experience: 2+ years in SAP ERP as a Finance Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide business and functional support for SAP modules, particularly ECC migration and conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.

• Assess existing business processes and SAP configurations, identify gaps, and recommend suitable solutions for S/4HANA conversion.

• Develop functional and technical specifications for delta design, conversion requirements, and supporting tools.

• Configure SAP systems to support S/4HANA conversion and implementation requirements.

• Lead testing activities, resolve defects, and support successful system conversion.

Required Skills :

• SAP ERP Finance functional consulting experience, preferably involving SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.

• Knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including FI and CO, and their integration with other SAP modules.

• Functional configuration, gap analysis, testing, and defect resolution.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion, migration, or implementation processes.

• Ability to conduct workshops, provide training, and deliver technology consulting support.

• Candidates with SAP ECC experience may be considered, with upskilling training provided to prepare them for S/4HANA implementations.

• Willingness to travel for potential onshore assignments.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and already have the legal right to live and work in the country.
