SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities based on business requirements.

• Gather and analyze finance-related requirements from business stakeholders.

• Support financial accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

• Work with Controlling processes, including cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders, where applicable.

• Support financial closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and deployment activities.

• Perform functional testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and other SAP functional consultants.

• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process flows.

• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during SAP implementations or upgrades.

• Ensure solutions follow finance controls, compliance requirements, and SAP best practices.

• Provide post-implementation support and assist with continuous process improvement.

Required Technical Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance (SAP FI/CO)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Professional experience in SAP Finance implementation, configuration, or support.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend suitable SAP solutions.

• Experience with SAP testing, issue resolution, and documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades is an advantage.
