Location: Makati, Philippines (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday; Work From Home on remaining days)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Senior Consultant to provide application support, solution design, and implementation for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP SD configuration, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP application support, and enterprise implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills while supporting business-critical SAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP SD production issues.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
Configure SAP Sales & Distribution modules to support business operations.
Collaborate with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy SAP enhancements.
Participate in solution design reviews and system optimization initiatives.
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage deployment activities and provide post-production support.
Develop expertise in ABAP Debugging, SAP Security, Automation, CI/CD, and Low-Code technologies.
Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP performance and business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Proven experience in SAP application support, implementation, and maintenance projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Expertise in SAP SD configuration and functional design.
Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis.
Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management.
Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and interface management.
Familiarity with Automation tools and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership experience in SAP implementation and support environments.
Experience mentoring team members and leading SAP workstreams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
SAP SD Certification is an advantage.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly preferred.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
