SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) – Senior Consultant

Location: Makati City (Hybrid – Onsite every Monday & Tuesday, Work From Home on remaining days)
Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: ₱125,000 – ₱127,300 (Monthly)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise SAP solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions, support business-critical applications, and contribute to continuous process improvements while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
Configure SAP SD modules and optimize related business processes.
Analyze existing solutions and recommend scalable, sustainable improvements aligned with business objectives.
Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements.
Participate in solution design reviews and system optimization initiatives.
Plan and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage solution deployments and provide post-go-live support.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10–15 years of experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering business value and operational excellence.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
Strong ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
Experience with:
- ABAP Debugging and Code Analysis
- SAP Security and Authorization Management
- SAP Integration technologies
- Automation tools and CI/CD practices
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly desirable.
SAP SD Certification is an advantage.
Stable employment history (not a frequent job changer).

Senior-Level Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience in SAP support and implementation environments.
Experience leading SAP projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional decision-making.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development experience.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
