SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant

Work Setup: Hybrid – McKinley, Taguig
Work Schedule: Mid Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 180,000

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) with a solid understanding of ABAP debugging and technical concepts.

The successful candidate will help ensure that critical Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Perform gap analysis and determine when standard SAP configuration ends and custom development is required.
Perform end-to-end configuration for SAP SD, including Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.
Perform end-to-end configuration for SAP MM, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
Maintain and optimize master data structures for customers, vendors, and materials.
Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to identify root causes of system errors and logic failures.
Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS), including business logic and data mapping, for ABAP developers.
Review technical designs to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
Manage delivery of RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Coordinate with developers on BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and other technical solutions.
Lead or support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide high-level support for complex production issues requiring both functional and technical investigation.
Ensure end-to-end integration across processes such as Sales → Shipping → Finance and Procurement → Inventory → Finance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on SAP SD/MM experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Proven participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations or large-scale global rollouts, covering blueprinting through go-live.
Direct experience with S/4HANA migrations, whether Brownfield or Greenfield.
Clear understanding of the S/4HANA simplified data model.
Experience in industry-specific SAP best practices, preferably in Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
Strong experience with integrations involving SAP FI and/or SAP EWM.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end, cross-module business processes.
Solid understanding of ABAP debugging and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Willing to work onsite 1x per week in McKinley, Taguig.
Amenable to a mid-shift schedule.
Must demonstrate stable employment history and must not be a job hopper.
Must not be a present or former employee of CGI.
