Job Title: Scheduler (Workforce Scheduler)
Location: Alphaland, Makati / Davao
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Rotational/Shifting Schedule
Salary: PHP 27,000

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing coverage, and supporting operational efficiency through effective workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted workload.
Manage shift bids, schedule changes, and schedule updates.
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing operational costs.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams.
Monitor schedule adherence and recommend adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.
Support workforce planning initiatives to achieve service level targets.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in WFM Scheduling in a BPO environment.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of workforce scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning concepts.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
