JOB TITLE: SECURITY MANAGED SERVICES PRACTITIONER | SECURITY PENETRATION TESTING OPERATIONS
Work Setup: Onsite – Manila
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary Budget: Negotiable
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Security Managed Services Practitioner with strong expertise in Security Penetration Testing Operations to deliver and manage security services across client environments.
The role focuses on ensuring protection, compliance, and operational resilience while identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and recommending appropriate security solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security protocols and address emerging threats
- Assist in developing and refining security policies and procedures in line with industry standards
- Monitor security systems and tools to identify vulnerabilities
- Recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Analyze security findings and communicate risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document security assessments and prepare detailed reports
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Expert proficiency in Security Penetration Testing Operations
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks
- Experience using security tools and technologies for identifying system weaknesses
- Ability to analyze security findings and communicate security risks effectively
- Familiarity with information security compliance requirements and best practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations
- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Willingness to work onsite in Manila
- Must be currently based in the Philippines
- Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines
