Hiring – Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM
Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: ₱110,000–₱180,000

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead BI initiatives, develop solutions for complex projects and processes, and provide expert guidance across the business area.
The role will involve leading a team of specialists, driving tactical initiatives, implementing policies and processes, and providing coaching and mentorship while ensuring business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead BI initiatives and the development of solutions for complex projects and processes.
Act as a subject-matter expert and final decision-maker within the area of expertise.
Drive short- to medium-term business activities aligned with departmental strategy.
Develop and implement appropriate policies, processes, and standards.
Lead and manage a team of BI specialists.
Handle full employee lifecycle responsibilities for the team.
Coach, mentor, and train team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Support process improvements and technology-driven initiatives.
Leverage AI tools and modern technology solutions to improve business intelligence capabilities.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
1–2+ years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence.
Knowledge and professional experience using AI tools, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or similar AI initiatives.
Strong knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages.
Experience leading and managing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
