Senior Client Services Agent – Canadian Wealth Management | BPO | Night Shift | Taguig (McKinley)

Job Overview

We are hiring Senior Client Services Agents with strong experience in Canadian wealth management accounts for a high-volume BPO environment. The role focuses on handling complex financial client inquiries, particularly related to mutual funds, segregated funds, and investment products, while ensuring excellent service quality and compliance.

This is a 100% onsite

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound client inquiries related to Canadian wealth management products

Provide accurate information on mutual funds, segregated funds, and related investments

Manage and resolve complex and escalated client concerns

Deliver high-quality customer service in a financial services environment

Accurately document all client interactions in internal systems

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

College graduate (Business-related course is an advantage)

Minimum 2 years BPO/call center experience supporting Canadian wealth management accounts

Strong experience handling:

Mutual Funds

Segregated Funds

Other investment/wealth management products

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to handle complex client concerns independently

Willing to work night shift

Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig
