Job Title: Senior Developer – ServiceNow

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Ortigas, Pasig (ADB Office)

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions supporting enterprise initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with a passion for building scalable applications and optimizing platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Build advanced scripts, forms, and business rules to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Lead integration efforts with third-party systems and existing applications using standard protocols.
Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and implement preventive solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and platform standards.
Support release management, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and platform efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong expertise in AppEngine and integrations.
Proven experience in building complex applications, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
