Job Title: Senior Developer – ServiceNow

Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)
Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Start Date: ASAP

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer – ServiceNow to design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow AppEngine, integrations, custom application development, workflow automation, and Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build and maintain complex workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, and integrations.
Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for platform issues.
Organize and manage knowledge bases, taxonomies, record producers, and self-service portals.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver effective solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Support application deployments, production releases, and post-release monitoring.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
- High-Level Solution Design (HLSD)
- Solution Design Document (SDD)
- Security License to Operate (SLTO)
- Solution Deployment Plans
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Align solutions with ITIL practices and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow AppEngine
- Integration Protocols
- Custom Application Development
- Workflow Automation
- Forms, Scripts, and Business Rules
Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow applications that improve user experience and business processes.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to mentor team members and share technical expertise.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and platform innovation.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow certifications.
ITIL knowledge and experience.
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Exposure to governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
