Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: Senior Finance SPR Business Analyst 

Client: Deutsche Bank 

Location: Taguig | Hybrid (2x onsite/week) 

Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM 

Package: Up to ₱120,000 

Openings: 2

⏳ Availability: Within 30 days

What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of overall experience Strong Business Analysis / Target Operating Model experience in banking or financial services Knowledge of investment banking products and transaction lifecycles Understanding of finance, accounting, reporting, and controls Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and business readiness Exposure to transformation, data migration, or regulatory change is a plus

Key Responsibilities • Analyze banking processes, systems, and data requirements • Identify gaps and align processes with the global target operating model • Develop user stories, functional specifications, and process maps • Collaborate with business and technology teams • Support UAT, risk tracking, and go-live readiness
