Job Title: Senior Finance SPR Delivery Manager

Client: Leading Global Investment Bank

Shift: 3 pm - 12 am

Work setup: Hybrid 2x a week in Taguig

Max Budget: 190,000 package

Desired Experience Range: 12-16 years overall experience, including substantial delivery /programme management experience in banking or regulated

financial services

Required Technical Skill Set: Delivery Management; Integrated Planning; Banking Transformation; RAID & Dependency Management; Testing, Migration and Governance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven end-to-end delivery management of complex, cross-functional banking change.

• Strong integrated planning, milestone, critical-path and dependency management disciplines.

• Effective RAID, decision-log, escalation and recovery-planning capability.

• Experience coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, Operations and programme stakeholders.

• Testing governance, defect triage, evidence collection, sign-off and implementation readiness.

Good to have:

• Finance processes and front-to-back investment banking transformation.

• Data migration, legal-entity activation or regulatory delivery.

• Experience with executive steering committees and concise senior-stakeholder reporting.

• Knowledge of banking controls, operational readiness and change adoption.

Responsibilities of / Expectations from the Role:

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more defined Finance migration scopes.

• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths and dependency maps.

• Align technical release dates, business testing windows, sign-off points and go-live dates.

• Conduct scenario and recovery planning when milestones are at risk, with clear owners, decisions and delivery implications.

• Track deliverables, actions and completion criteria; facilitate stand-ups, workstream reviews and executive steering forums.

• Resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers, and challenge plans and supporting evidence.

• Maintain RAID and decision logs, assign mitigations and escalate material risks with impact assessments and recommendations.

• Coordinate end-to-end test strategy, environments, data, scenarios, schedules, defect triage and approvals.

• Collect complete testing evidence, formal sign-offs and implementation-readiness evidence for each migration population
