Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, accessible, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences.

The candidate will work closely with product owners, technical leads, developers, QA, UX/design, DevOps, security, and business teams to deliver high-quality AEM components and front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web interfaces for AEM-based websites and applications.
Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional user interfaces.
Develop and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.
Build front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.
Support enhancements, defects, releases, migration activities, stabilization, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end, AEM, browser compatibility, and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development and AEM best practices.
Collaborate with distributed product, QA, backend, DevOps, security, and vendor teams.
Identify opportunities to improve component reuse, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Support technical debt reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Senior-level experience in Front-End / UI Web Development.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with AEM Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with responsive web development.
Practical experience with Vue.js.
Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
Knowledge of UI/UX implementation principles and performance optimization.
Experience with Git or similar version-control tools.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
