Job Title: Senior Full-stack Developer

Location: Philippines (Hybrid – 3x onsite weekly)
Work Schedule: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to support the development of a Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance Platform (TSCMF). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications while ensuring high-quality technical delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications
Build scalable cloud-native solutions and RESTful APIs
Integrate third-party systems and services
Implement security, testing, and performance optimization practices
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Review technical outputs and documentation
Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams
Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making
Provide post-deployment and hypercare support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular
Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
Experience with Temporal workflow orchestration and AI-assisted coding tools is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Stable employment history preferred (non-job hopper)
