Job title: Senior Network Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructures. This role requires deep technical expertise across routing, switching, SD-WAN, and cloud networking in multi-vendor environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, improving network reliability, and driving automation and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

• Configure and optimize advanced routing (IGP, EGP, Route Manipulation & Optimization, High Availability, Fast Convergence).

• Configure and optimize advanced switching (VLANs, Trunking, STP Enhancements, Link Aggregation, Layer 3 Switching).

• Implement network segmentation using VRF, Firewall & ACL, EVPN + VXLAN.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, FortiGate, SilverPeak).

• Contribute to network automation and SDN initiatives to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance.

• Support and troubleshoot networking issues across physical and cloud environments.

• Provide support for VMware environments, including virtual machine management and basic troubleshooting.

• Document designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, delivery, or implementation.

• Strong expertise in advanced routing and switching for modern network design.

• Proven experience in network segmentation (VRF, Firewall, ACLs, EVPN, VXLAN).

• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, FortiGate, Silver Peak).

• Familiarity with network automation and SDN concepts.

• Working knowledge of VMware environments for VM management and troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.

• No need for BPO experience.
