Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: PHP 100,000–105,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time / Contractual, as applicable
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua S2P to provide functional and technical expertise in Ivalua configuration, solution design, integrations, and product release management. The candidate will ensure scalable, compliant, and maintainable solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, QA, Release Managers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Ivalua SME across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
Provide guidance on Ivalua best practices, capabilities, limitations, and design standards.
Design and configure Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing modules.
Configure workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations based on approved requirements.
Support technical integrations using APIs, EAI, ETL, and microservices.
Use advanced SQL and Oracle databases for data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Validate solution designs for scalability, compliance, auditability, and maintainability.
Resolve complex functional and technical issues and support defect triage and configuration reviews.
Coordinate release planning, packaging, readiness assessments, deployment, Go/No-Go reviews, go-live, and hypercare.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, QA, Release Managers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
Mentor team members and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, deployment procedures, and integration dependencies.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, release processes, and solution quality.
Apply Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Required Experience

5–10 years of professional experience in engineering, product development, ERP systems, supply-chain technology, or related implementations.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Ivalua S2P solutions.
At least 3 professional engagements involving engineering/product development and product release management.
Proven experience in Ivalua configuration, solution design, integrations, troubleshooting, and release coordination.
Strong understanding of application infrastructure, operating systems, multi-tier applications, and SDLC.
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is preferred.

Certifications

Mandatory:

Ivalua L3 Certification covering SRM, S2C, P2P, and Integration.
Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.

Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL Certification.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Knowledge of technical documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage complex tasks, identify root causes, anticipate risks, and recommend effective solutions.

Work Arrangement

Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines.
Work Mode: Hybrid, with 3 onsite days per week.
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time.
Onsite reporting requirements must be followed.
