Relevant Under Grad/bachelor's / Master degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record

Overall 6-8 years experience of which at least 5 years in Project Management

Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, Price2, CSM, Agile etc.) are added advantage

A good understanding of the Risk functions

Experience in managing diverse and senior stakeholders

Experience in managing multiple projects as a BA / PM and taking it to closure

Understanding business problems & having a positive attitude towards solving the issues

Should have a good understanding of the Product Life cycle and various delivery methodologies.

A track record of managing and delivering change initiatives involving people, processes, policies, and technology components

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders to achieve required outcomes

Good decision-making skills – anticipating and planning for activities, actively prioritizing and communicating/negotiating to deliver superior results

Strong analytical and conceptualization skills, to adopt or establish industry best practices and looking for opportunities to do things better

Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and outcome-driven manner.

Education:
