Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and company policies.
•Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
•Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
•Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.
•Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
•Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
•Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)
• CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA)
• At least 4 years of experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.)
• Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
• Preparation of Journal Entries
• Balance Sheet
• General Ledger Management
•Account Reconciliation
•Financial Reporting
• Preparation of Invoices
•Accruals
• Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close
• Financial Analysis
• Excel Proficiency
