Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with business users to determine scope, vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Elicit and document user requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, and scenarios.
• Develop user stories, epics, and release plans; collaborate with stakeholders and product team to prioritize and manage the backlog.
• Communicate, confirm, and present requirements and application change requests to the product/technical team for estimation and sizing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the product team to prioritize and manage backlog.
• Review and improve requirements-gathering and analysis processes to enhance quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define solution features according to business needs and work with the technical team to shape design decisions and delivery approach.
• Provide functional and technical expertise on financials and budget processes (including impact analysis across downstream systems and reports) and ensure alignment to Procure-to-Pay and Finance business processes where applicable.
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into clear, testable functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements (e.g., quality attributes, constraints, and external interfaces).
• Translate requirements into specifications, process models, diagrams, and documentation using standard templates, if available, to support accurate build/configuration and integration.
