Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Level: Senior
Salary: PHP 70,000
Location: Manila
Employment Type: IDIQ Contract
Contract Duration: Six (6) Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum once weekly onsite)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
Reporting Line: Assigned Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and delivery of high-quality visual assets that support communication, change management, and digital capability initiatives. The role ensures consistent visual identity, adherence to branding standards, and the production of engaging, professional design outputs aligned with organizational objectives.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening visual communications through the delivery of clear, impactful, and visually compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Creative Execution

Establish and maintain visual identity frameworks, branding guidelines, and design standards

Produce high-quality promotional and informational materials, including but not limited to:

Banners

Posters

Stickers

Illustrations

Icons

Marketing and communication collaterals

Design templates for recurring communication and reporting requirements

Support the preparation of progress and status reports

Deliver additional design outputs as may be required by the department

Graphic Design Services

Translate stakeholder requirements and briefs into visually effective design solutions

Conceptualize, develop, and refine graphic materials for communication, outreach, and change initiatives

Develop branding assets and standardized templates for internal projects

Manage the full lifecycle of graphic production, including:

Defining tasks, deliverables, and production activities

Preparing and managing production plans and timelines

Assisting in wireframe development and initial design concepts

Producing, editing, and assembling final outputs

Ensuring alignment with approved briefs and maintaining high technical and creative quality

Conduct comprehensive quality reviews to ensure:

Accuracy of content

Brand consistency

Compliance with established quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or any related design discipline

Professional Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in graphic design

Proven experience delivering end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution

Experience working with technology-focused or technical design briefs is a strong advantage

Technical Competencies

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to perform in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment

Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach to work

Reporting and Collaboration

Works closely with project teams, technical and business subject-matter experts, and internal and external stakeholders

Provides regular weekly status updates and progress reports

Ensures strict compliance with organizational security, risk, and regulatory policies
